The Saturated Pause
โAnother major teaching (in the Rising Leaders program) is on the Saturated Pause. This is something that Nan has uniquely created and there's so much wisdom in it.
(It) gives you that opportunity to pause when youโre going through something challengingโฆ or you find yourself triggeredโฆ or you find yourself at a roadblockโฆ or not sure how to move forward with a work decisionโฆ or you're working with someone that is really challenging and hitting your buttons.
It's so empowering to learn that you have the ability to choose where you want to go next or how you want to show up or what it is that you want to sayโฆ and to train your body to work with you so that as future instances come up you're more prepared to respond how you want to.โ
