The Saturated Pause

โ€œAnother major teaching (in the Rising Leaders program) is on the Saturated Pause. This is something that Nan has uniquely created and there's so much wisdom in it.

(It) gives you that opportunity to pause when youโ€™re going through something challengingโ€ฆ or you find yourself triggeredโ€ฆ or you find yourself at a roadblockโ€ฆ or not sure how to move forward with a work decisionโ€ฆ or you're working with someone that is really challenging and hitting your buttons.

It's so empowering to learn that you have the ability to choose where you want to go next or how you want to show up or what it is that you want to sayโ€ฆ and to train your body to work with you so that as future instances come up you're more prepared to respond how you want to.โ€
